Refund & Cancellations Policy

Booking Policy

 

 

Thank you for choosing The Advanced Provider! We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our booking policies. Please review the following:

 

 

 

Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

 

Cancellation and Refunds:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time of the class. To receive a full refund or to reschedule your class, you must contact us at via phone and speak to someone. (424) 355-2121

(You cannot cancel through voicemail or text message)

 

         Rescheduling:

           If you choose to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your                               request, subject to class availability. 

 

         Refund:

         All sales are final. A refund may possibly be issued for extenuating                                    circumstances. This will be considered on a case by case basis and will be                      decided at the discretion of The Advanced Provider management. 

           

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your class. If more than 30 minutes of instruction is missed, you will have to reschedule another class.
